Hand forged out of 01 tool steel, etched dark with my textured S-Grind bevel.
Copper bolster and g10 for the handle material.
 
155mm blade is a very handy size for most work in the kitchen and the S-grind helps with food release making this knife a joy to use.

01 steel is a carbon steel, so care needs to be taken to avoid rusting, hand wash and dry after each use, not dishwasher safe. 
Avoid cutting into bones or frozen foods and always use a chopping board.
